Complaints Handling Procedure
Conway Real Estate is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) [if applicable].
If you feel that we are falling short of the high standards that we set ourselves in the services we provide, please let us know. We ask that you submit your complaint in writing so that we have a full understanding of the reasons for your complaint.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 days. Within 21 days of receipt of your written complaint, we will write to you to inform you of the outcome of our investigation and what actions have been or will be taken.
If we are unable to agree on how to resolve your complaint, you have the opportunity to take your complaint to an independent redress provider:

If the complaint has still not been resolved to your satisfaction, we agree to the referral of your complaint to the Surveyors and Valuers Arbitration Scheme operated by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, 24 Angel Gate, City Road, London, EC1V 2RS from whom details of the Scheme may be obtained.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site.
Governing law
These Terms (and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
